Took our Chevy truck to Jack's to repair the driver's side window that wouldn't go up/down and the extended cab wing door latch was broken. Made an appointment, everything went well. They were quick, the work was done correctly and I didn't have to mortgage the house to pay for it. Their prices are very reasonable. Nice people. I recommend them.

Having moved down from Spokane at the end of the summer, I was concerned about where to take my wife’s car after an animal hit her and caused quite a bit of front end damage. Friends recommended Jack’s auto body shop in The Dalles, Oregon.
I could not be happier with the quality of work and the customer service at Jack’s. They communicated with us throughout the process, and never hesitated to answer any of our questions. And her little car is fixed up and looks great, but more importantly drives and handles great as well. Perfect.

I was hit and my car received $5200 worth of damage to the front in. I called the Subaru Dealership in The Dalles to see if they could fix it they recommend Jack’s Body Shop. Let me tell you top notch ALL the way through the processes. From sending me a copy of their original quote (the other parties insurance covered my damage) then sending me their revised quote after tear down. To getting my rental car back to enterprise. I had an issue after picking my car up. Called them up I was told to bring it right back I did here’s the catcher..... MY ISSUE WAS NOT FROM THE ACCIDENT and guess what THEY GOT ME ALL TAKEN CARE Of ... I was like WOW!!! They totally didn’t have to do that but they did. No other company I know would have done that!, EVERY employee I cam in contact was amazing GREAT customer service I will totally recommend them and if I ever have a need for body work they will be my first call <3 thank you ALL so much you are an AMAZING group of people

I just went to Jack's to get an estimate for a repair, which I needed done within 2 weeks prior to road-tripping out of the area. There wasn't availability on the schedule for a few weeks, but the person I saw made time to pull out a dent and make sure my car was structurally sound for the road trip. To my delight and amazement, he did it for free and within a half hour. Such great service and kindness!!
