Amazing group of people. Thank you so much for your kindness. My daughter and I rolled up on a donut due to getting a flat on the highway as we were traveling through to the coast. They were able to quickly get us in, all tires inspected, patched up, and back on the road. Took less than an hour. Super friendly and the cost could not be beat!

Thank GOODNESS for these folks! Someone lost things off their trailer in the freeway and tore off most of our skid plate, these guys were so helpful and quick in taking the remainder off so we weren't dragging anything under our car. So kind, so professional, so quick! If anything goes wrong on 84 and you're around, definitely recommended! Thank you guys again! 🙏🏻

Huge THANK YOU to the folks at Gills. We had a tire blow out in The Dalles. The folks at Gills got us in quickly and had a great used tire that fit my car. We were on our way to in 25 minutes. Great customer service. Thank you!

While a few of the workers are nice, they completely messed up getting stuff fixed that I asked for repeatedly, and lied about a bunch of stuff instead of taking accountability. Took them 3 weeks alone just to put one sentence on an estimate, said they made appointments but when I called to make sure they were made they were in fact not, and when all this was pointed out the lady at the counter had a ton of attitude. Be careful if you bring your car here, and make sure you record and triple check everything. My car keeps dying after getting "fixed" there and now they ignore my phone call.

Been doing business with this store since it was Nelson Tire. Treated very well by all of the owners, and employees. Point S is the place to go. John is a very good manager and very helpful. Also been at the same location for many years.

What can I say it's point s great service they usually always have what you need and it's a lot cheaper than Les Schwab but better warranty I need a new lug nuts for my new rims and of course they had the full set of 32 in black for my super duty pickup now it looks awesome 37" tires on a leveled Super duty 20" platinums +40 offset is factory. I had to run 2 in spacers to make them look right with the flares as usual with spacers too much vibration so I had to spring for some new wheels and tires. Barely rubs. If you have a lifted truck I highly recommend them they were beautiful factory wheels not a scratch on them. Now it's running Kanati road armor hog 295/70r18 on 18x10 Moto Metal rims. 35 in with a -24 offset fit bushwacker fender flares perfect!

Gills is my go two place for all my automotive tires and brake needs. Yesterday I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 in the morning for four new brakes and I was prepared to hang around till noon and 10:00 rolls around and they're done, you just can't beat their service. I buy all my tires there and love the Nokians I am running on my Ridgeline.

Our Dually service truck had a nail in the front tire, called and asked if we needed an appointment, was told no, just bring it in anytime. The truck was being worked on within 5 minutes of being there and I was out the door less than 30 min later with all 6 tires properly armed up and no nail in the front. Jon and the team were pleasant and professional, I will be back for future repairs and maybe tires in the next year or so. Thanks for a great experience.
