After multiple bids, we decided to go with A&E, Karin was professional, very thorough and super friendly. John Savage and Allan Eaton were amazing, the install was great and super friendly. Very knowledgeable and everything was a breeze with the install. Super happy with everything can’t wait to use them for service as well. Highly recommended!

Just had a whole new unit installed. The whole process was seamless. From Karin coming out to look at the existing system and explaining how they would replace it, to John and Jose installing it in one day. Would definitely recommend using them.

Took advantage of my elderly parents. They refused to go under house to make repairs. Heat pump was not connected, bills in winter were $1500 a month. Wire looked like it was done by 5 year old

Updated 11/23 These con men are some of the lowest vultures circling the elderly of High Prarie. They full serviced my parents hvac in 2021 for several thousand. The Heat pump did not work after, and the duct work was leaking in numerous spots. A thousand PLUS dollars per month of heating and cooling bills. They refused to go under the house. Said the wire was broken. Charged FIVE HUNDRED of dollars to say that someone needed to run a new wire. I did. They came back out at 4:30 pm months later and said the wire I replaced was the wrong type. I sent photo of amazon order to my sister who showed it to the technician. Who said he'd check again. I rewired the new wire exactly like before, even took photos before and after. He told my parents and sister it was wired wrong. Switched a couple wires and the unit was running. He charged $860.61 and suggested they buy a new unit from the in excess of $10k. He was lucky I was working in Seattle.

Service Technician Matt was awesome! He was friendly, polite and professional. Only took him a few minutes to diagnose the issue(s) with our quite old furnace and get her running again. Also gave us free quotes on replacement parts and estimate on replacing our old furnace with a newer more efficient one! Thanks Matt. I highly recommend these guys for any fast and reliable repairs.

We had a great experience with A&E. The initial consultation was fast and informative. We ended up needing a new gas furnace. They were able to send technicians out the next day and replaced the furnace in less than one day. Mike, Greg, and Nick were really nice and answered all of our questions during the install. I would recommend A&E every time.

Overall a really great experience.

The answering service is very thorough even when you are trying to return a call lol. Hannah was so pleasant and helpful and got us set up very quickly with an accurate estimate and understanding we are a business needing to get back to work as soon as possible.

Brandon our technician was very polite, punctual and thorough in his investigation and even went above and beyond to help solve our problem!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

A&E just did a large install in our home. Everyone involved was really enjoyable to work with. Josh and Mitchell came and looked to see what equipment would be the best for us. Jake and Allen were scheduled for 5 days to install and finished in 4. They worked quickly and were really nice to be around. They kept things clean and tidy while working and put up with our dog and kids in their space. Even the Electrician they picked was great to work with. They will be back tomorrow to do a clean and seal on the duct work too. Great experience start to finish. Recommend 100%!
