Me water meter wasn’t frozen this frozen this morning. The woman who answered sent someone right away and even called me back to let me know the issue was resolved. Very quick and efficient when it’s -8.

Sewer is almost triple the price of water. 2 adults and a child who all conserve water and it's still one of our most expensive bills each month. Oh, and don't forget all the chemicals that are at many many many times over the legal amount that they don't tell you about until 6 months later.
They don't even notify when boil advisories are in effect.

We are new to west Virginia, we relocated from California. Just wanted to say how happy we are with the customer service we have received this last week! We called about our water pressure on Monday, Trent showed up on Tuesday to check and was so informative about how water pressure works when you live on a hill. He explained what our options would be to get higher water pressure. Since my husband was not home when he was here I contacted Lubeck PSD on Wednesday to see if they could send Trent out again to go over options with him. Trent showed up a couple hours later to answer all our questions. Then stopped by again today, Friday to make the change we requested. Maybe that's normal here in Lubeck, WV but the speed and friendliness we have experienced from Lubeck PSD office and from Trent is not what we are accustomed to.

We have been on the Lubeck Water System for over 30 years and never had a problem with them. Everyone has always been very nice and helpful. The men on the board of the water commission are very nice. People need to attend the monthly meetings if you feel you have a problem. As far as shady things going on there, that is not true, they are honest and will answer any concerns you have. Get invoved instead of complaining.

Havent had much luck with these guys. The lack of phone calls or notices when boil advisories are in effect is whats making me post this. I wouldve never known we were under an advisory had the water not randomly shut off. I had to figure out what was going on by calling them. We also didnt get a phone call when the advisory was over. The receptionist was very nice and informative. I just wish whoever ran this place did a better job at contacting people when important stuff like this happens!!

The only notice they give is AFTER they shut it off. It's not a notice of you owing anything, just that they shut it off and they put what it would cost if they didn't. Why even bother giving a notice. They raised prices and have a minimum. They were bad before and are even worse. The website is junk and have always and issues with payments not going through. Plus getting a letter in the mail explaining there's things in our water but it's no concern. If it was they would of told us sooner, like really.

This is the absolute worst water department in the area. Their website is not user friendly and their online bill pay method continuously denies credit/debit payment but then processes anyway (inconvenient if you have tried your card three times). Then you cannot ever get in touch with anyone on the phone to help you during their business hours and no one responds to email.

Thanks to yet another rate increase. This is now one of my top bills. I don't understand how my bill can cost so much with just two people in the house. Yet another increase. While hours and pay is decreasing. Too bad we need water to live and can't switch companies. I guess suddenlink needed some competition for rate increases....
