The low reviews of this shop are unwarranted. I took a couple of boat parts in to get some small bolts extracted that had broken off in the holes. I've done this type of removal myself in the past but don't currently have the tools or facilities available for the work. I talked to Doug about methods, options, and costs and found him very pleasant to talk to. We agreed on a sequence of attempts and a maximum cost, above which just replacing the parts would be more cost-effective than trying to salvage the existing pieces.

To my pleasant surprise, he was able to extract the broken bolts and take care of a few other needed things in just a few minutes and for a small fraction of the cost I expected. I couldn’t be happier with the work! If you want someone to cater to your sensitive ego, go to a health spa. If you need expert metal fabrication work, take it to Precise Machining.

Doug saved us. We’re on a trip from Texas and our bike rack broke and he quickly fixed it for us so we could get back on the road. Job well done at a fair price.

Very rude; I was dropping off a delivery for a next door business and was told to move my car when I was going to be there for less than a minute and there were several open spots. It seems, based on other reviews, that this man has a personal vendetta against anyone who parks near his business that is not giving him money. I suggest focusing on your customer service rather than berating people for parking in an unmarked lot near your building.

Incredibly rude. I was waiting to pick up my mom and special needs sister from the business next door and was rudely told to move my car over 6 feet so that it was in front of the next door business, who’s parking lot was full. Not a single car in this lot, but he went out of his way to be rude and belittling shaking his head and angrily redirecting me. A pleasant request would have been easy to deliver.

I have never encountered a person so miserable before. He cussed at me, called me every name in the book because I was dropping somebody off and the building isn’t labeled well so rude I would never give my business to this company.

Not sure why someone would go to a metal fabrication shop for a bearing service Jason, these guys build components for the aerospace industry. Anyway I found them because I needed FABRICATION work and they were super fast and spot.Highly recommend.

Terrible experience, we were charged for a bearing service by the hour and the machinist had never done the service… no wonder it took forever! You haven’t done it before. Would not recommend. Don’t screw over your customers
