They are the very best we had a very bad water leak no one notify us of the leak so we did not know that we had one until we got our water bill which was from the Logan water company. Digested my bill PSD did twice really really good in letting me make payments on it very very sweet compassionate ladies that work there thank you for all your help..❤️

To the girl who tried to charge me double...said the computers were down.. but you sat there punched in a few numbers.. and tried to charge me double.. you should be ashamed of yourself!
And now, when I walk in you won't even look my way...I just wonder how many ppl fell for your thieving ways...

One of the rudest utility companies I’ve ever heard up with the office manager is one of the rudest in the world. Let’s their employees call people derogatory names, and the customers have video of it and nothing is ever done. They do not come to your house to read they read it a mile away at the mouth of a holler supposedly so you never get an accurate reading And don’t want to fix bills when they shown that there’s no consistency even when the state utilities commission has found out that a lot of times their meters are wrong and they have a monopoly over unless you pay thousands of dollars to have a well built. I’ve even had a plumber come in and check my pipes every time my bill goes up. I pay one to come in. I have no leaks. I have no water issues in my house but one month my bill might be $20 the next month. It might be $60 Next month it might be $80 then down to $20 And there’s only two people that live in my house I’ve even had my bill be $200 and no explanation and I’ve even showed him the plumbing report from the plumber But it’s always our problem not theirs

This is the reason I'll never be able to rent my house out, and probably the reason the last guy sold it. Couldn't get anyone on the phone for over a month and was about to have to lose a days pay to drive down and resolve it in person. Could you imagine if you rented out a home that had to be under this company and lived elsewhere and you had to take a day a month to drive 6,7,8 hours or even fly to Charleston and drive to Logan just to pay a bill when every other company operates in the 21st century and allows online payment. No wonder the last guy sold the house, living in TN and having to deal with Logan PSD. Can't get them on the phone for weeks, but they can auto call and mail you 1000 times threatening disconnection if you continue not to be able to get up with them due to no fault of your own. If you work a 9-5 Monday-Friday or anything over that like I do, you better be ready to lose a days work each month to physically drive to their office and pay in person.

Worst utility company I've ever had to deal with. All bills have been paid on time and still get disconnect notices and fees. Can't talk to anyone because apparently they have the phones turned off. Website sucks - can't pay bills on-line except through Doxo which takes @ 10 days. Bill doesn't arrive in mail until very few days before due date. Terrible.

I've lived here for almost 5 years and first two years was fine then my neighbors got a big swimming pool then it went to 800 dollar two months ever sence at this time ever year they holler had a leak wich was a lie ...so for two years now ever year at this time its goe to that 8oo well i had another person after thet check it and he said i didnt have a leak i tild them i fixed it just to seevwhatvwasvhp wellvafter th two montsvof paying that it went back to 50 a month and its been 50ballvyear well it that time again i had pay they twovyers now at this time ever year and they wont even help..I seen a hose runing from my water meter to there pool but they said i had have a putcher and they break ever camera i put up my neighbors that had the pool anyvways ivtold them they break evertimg and i have never had a y they would say that's behond me like cant see or don't want to see what im saying i trew my dishes away i used they neighbors way out backs water when ineeded a bath and I don5 have anything using water its just me ..I buy water to drimk forvme and my animals but its been only 57 all year let see next two month it swing time again they neehelp me instead of hollerimg i have a leak they no i dont im voingvtry talkbto someone over the ladies thst wokrk there cause its like they taking up for whos getimg the water ... they should have pay for it if they can't see what's going on instead of being mean to me over the water I don't even use they should water see how muck there water is at the one with the pools they hav3 be a way for thwm to check that out and get someone for whos ever usimg it who wverbit is keeps breakimgvmy secerity cameras beats on my dog hits my fences and breaks them down tearing up everthimg i had amd not eben the police will help they said im waistimg there time

This is the absolute worst water company I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t believe no one has investigated this place. They have shady practices and very disrespectful workers. They don’t have a care in the world about you. I’ve never dealt with such ignorance and lack of basic human decency in my life. Collect rain water before you decide to deal with this company.
