THE BEST, I have hunted all around the country and their Team starting with Scott, Johnnie, and Jackie get it done so well and so consistently good!! Beautiful steaks, roasts, sausages, burger, special orders. Their attention to detail and customer service is second to none! They are incredibly fun, pleasant, and such a pleasure to do business with. 11/24/23 My wife and I stopped in to have the buck I was blessed to have harvested mounted and the meat processed. It was my first time dealing with Scott and his staff and they couldn’t have been nicer. Scott and I talked and he said my mount would be ready towards the end of summer or early fall and I couldn’t be happier. I was also told I could donate the meat for “Hunters For The Hungry”, to which I thought was nice of them to offer and to which I was happy to do. I’m looking forward to getting the call to come pick up what took me 56 years to obtain. Thank you Scott & Staff

I used to go to Mast meats and they did a great job. When Mast closed I was worried I would have to process all my own deer. A friend gave me some venison from OTWGP and it was great. I've brought them 3 deer this year so far and they have done a great job. I would recommend the hot breakfast sausage. I can't wait to try the summer sausage with cheese and Jalapenos. They work hard long days to try and keep everyone happy which we know that isn't possible. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Outdoorsman Processing. All the mounts and hides in the show room look great. I just need to kill a big buck so I can I write a review on their Taxidermy.

Been bring my deer here now for 4 years and they have only gotten Better. Brats and snack sticks are awesome. Cant wait to try Italian sausages. Hopefully the hotdogs soon. They do an amazing job!

I dropped a large buck off for processing and they did an amazing job with the meat. Turn around was quick. Everything is properly sealed and frozen. The sausage and summer sausage taste fantastic. I’ll be taking all my deer to them in the future so nothing goes to waste. I really can’t say enough about how great of a job they did or how easy they were to work with.

Disgusting and criminal. Paid a deposit of over $1,200 for a full mount on a trophy bear and received nothing over 4 years later. Calls to the place have ranged from 'who are you' to confusing me with having been with some another hunting party. Other times, it would take weeks to get through to anyone. The owner's 'finance' apparently ran off on him years ago and he blamed her leaving him and her boy for his own mishaps. My buddy is still getting the run-around on his shoulder mount and has nothing to show for it all these years later. He never got anything and also lost his money. This place is unprofessional, deceptive and unethical. When I read the negative reviews describing poor work, missing pelts, fault-blaming etc. it was too late.

I dropped off a deer in November of 2017 to have a shoulder mount done.

Fast forward and after calling and talking to them over and over, and being told it would be ready soon, my deer was ready to be picked up in March 2020. That’s 28 months. When I picked my deer up the nameplate I got had the wrong date on it. I was told they would mail me a new nameplate. That was 4 months ago. I have called and left voicemails but no one has returned my call about the nameplate. I’m just going to have to eat the $25 and go have one done at a trophy shop or something.

It’s really a shame, because my mount looks really nice. They did a great job on it, which is the reason I’m giving this two stars instead of one. But the wait time, responsiveness, and overall customer service is really lacking. I can’t speak to the processing, but for taxidermy, I would head elsewhere.

Best processing and taxidermist we’ve ever used. Friendly people that make you feel like family. Had several skull mounts done there and each one has come out better than expected. We will continue to use them for every deer we kill to be mounted and to be processed. If you haven’t been there and tried them I highly recommend checking them out.
