Went here for an mri. Got a 6pm appointment, so it was fairly dark outside (December). But the lot was pretty well lighted, and I felt safe. Went in and find desk helped me on my way. I waited to be called and went into a locker room. You can pick a locker to put your clothes, shoes etc in. Remember to remove jewelry, fitbit..I was told even underwear or shelf bra, bc sometimes they use metallic strips in the material! Never realized that. She told me the story of a patient got burned (not sure if at this facility) . Yikes! They were all very nice, helpful. They offered me a blanket and I wish I took it bc there's a fan on the machine and it blew on me and was freezing. TAKE THE BLANKET. THANK ME LATER!

I was so nervous for my procedure after being sick for a month. From the nice front desk girls to the Nurses,Techs, Anesthesiologists and Dr Caldwell. The procedure was easy and quick. I can’t thank you enough.

I had an endoscopy with Dr. Wayne Panullo. He is an experienced and excellent physician. The staff was delightful, and made me feel very comfortable. Honestly, I woke up feeling completely fine. I would recommend this team to anyone who has to undergo an endoscopy.

Went on the day of my operation the billing women were confused on what insurance company would be liable for charges. I explained they shouldn’t take up this issue the day of an operation with a nervous as is patient. But I told them exactly what insurance would cover the bill. Come a month later both of my insurance companies were charged. Either the billing personnel are completely incompetent or attempted to have both insurance companies pay for the one charge. They made my operation day and post an absolute horrible experience. I ended up having to sort out their incompetence or fraudulent billing practices.

Had a Colonoscopy done here in Oct '21. Start with pre-procedure when they called in 2 separate prescriptions for bowel prep. I picked up first one they called in and used it, which apparently was the wrong one. Pharmacy calling my house days after procedure wondering when I'd pick up 2nd script? At no time did anyone from the facility contact me to clear up their mistake resulting in my using the wrong prep. On procedure day I sat for 1.5 hrs waiting in a gown because Dr. was running late. Post procedure Dr. speaks to me about my results when I am in a stupor just coming out of anesthesia - no follow up appt. Dr. says "bowel prep wasn't fully completed and impeded with procedure"...i wonder why?. Finally, never receive a bill from them for what I'd need to pay them from my HSA. Instead, 6 mos. later I get letter from collection agency! I called office asking why I never received bill would've absolutely paid on time - woman says "if you had procedure before Nov 1, 2021 then we switched our billing and all is handled by this collection agency in NJ." So this medical facility has NO BILLING dept. to even speak to - and person in office saying she has no capability to research anything! Meanwhile I am reported to a collection agency for a bill I would have gladly paid with money sitting in HSA for this very purpose. Woman in office said she would have her director phone me to discuss - she lied and gave my number to the collection agency. Folks do yourselves better! DO NOT use this facility it is extremely unprofessional on many levels.

Currently going through the same billing issues as reviewer Chris B. Shoreline has been completely unhelpful and appears to no longer have any semblance of an in-house billing department left. All they will do is give you a "billing" phone number, which is for Remex Collection Agency. Completely unacceptable to dump any open accounts with a collections agency without so much as the courtesy of a phone call.

I would suggest that anyone who reads this and is having a similar billing experience contact the office of the doctor who utilized Shoreline as their procedure location of choice and put the pressure on them to get Shoreline's billing back in check.

I certainly will not return to Shoreline, and would seriously scrutinize any doctor utilizing this location until this is figured out.

I had a colonoscopy here with Dr. Cary Caldwell. I was extremely impressed with the facility. It was clean and first rate. Everyone was very professional. The nurses and technicians were exceptional, and made me very comfortable - warm blankets, etc. I am in my late 60s and this was my first colonoscopy. I went in terrified because I knew I had waited too long to be safe, but I came out relieved. I had four small polyps removed, but none were cancerous. Dr. Caldwell did a great job. Several days have past and I have had no pain or discomfort at all. I highly recommend the facility and the doctor.

Since I can't update my previous review - The care I received here was excellent. Medical billing is always a challenge. We managed to overcome the challenges. Hopefully the new billing system works out better in the future, as I would return here for care.
