Ive spent 27 years in Paso and so far each steak was better than the last! They have high Qualify meat for an affordable price. My new “ Go To”. 10/10 will keep coming back. Highly recommend.

I ordered three pounds of chuck custom cut into one-inch cubes for a beef bourguignon. The folks at Zio Brand had the order ready for me when I went in to pick it up - and the meat was fresh and so flavorful in the stew! I'll definitely be back for other cuts, and am looking forward to trying their sausages. Total YUMMAGE!

Hello all you local people. Shop here! These small, independent places are what we need more of in Paso Robles. Great, fresh meat from a real butcher shop....not an overpriced, impersonal grocery store. (Although I do wish they were open on Sundays.)

Very friendly staff & fellow customers. Our 1st time in and were looking for breakfast sausage links. Found ground breakfast sausage & tri tip and when asking about links another couple had the last links and gave it to us to buy & try as they had it before. Everything looks so good & I can't wait to sink my teeth in

Arriving just before closing, Alex provided exceptional assistance. I grabbed a variety of meats including tri-tip, ribeyes, and a freshly cut picanha steak for Mother’s Day. Just cooked the ribeyes and sausage—remarkable flavor! The ribeye might just be the best I've ever purchased. Highly recommend! Looking forward to returning soon.
