All the staff members were professional and nice except for the short hair black lady. I was trying to spend the remaining balance of a gift card today. The black lady raised her voice (so everyone can hear her) to show me “all the cheap stuff in the store”, pointing at some shabby stacked pans in the corner. “I don’t know if you use olive oil” as if it’s some luxury I can’t afford. She kept cutting me off when I tried to tell her what I might need. It’s 2024. Hire someone who isn’t a racist moron.

Very small store and less than one star service. We spent over $1000 at the store and asked to wrap around a piece of paper around one item. She asked for $8/ extra. Nothing extraordinary stuff in the store. I don’t remember the name of the sales rep. Extremely aggressive to take the money. Her answer is no for everything. Feel like returning everything and buying online somewhere else.

So disappointed. Very unprofessional and no decency at all to even accept their mistake or apologize. Instead started dictating me what excuses I use for the MISTAKE THEY DID.

Went to return a gift. First the lady couldn’t figure out how to process the return. Gave me a mangled torn receipt as a proof of return. And then she sent the proof of return to the person who originally gifted me the item. How very stupid of you?
Instead of apologizing for her mistake she kept telling me to use the excuses to tell my friend of why I returned the item. Like seriously?

It shouldn’t have happened in the first place. If you don’t know how to do your job and be decent with your customers then please give the job to someone who knows how to behave.

Williams Sonoma hired people without any training I guess. Such a shame!!

Love this store and people who work there. Tiberius waits for his friend to come give him a treat. He loves her!! Every time we shop in there, they welcome our pups also.

One star for the beautiful store.
The customer is awful! Today I went to try to exchange a gift. My mom purchased tea cups for us and I wanted to exchange them for coffee cups. I had the receipt. The items were still in the original box. They still selling the same items in store. They would not exchange them because it was over 30 days.

On top of that Shelby the manager was rude and unprofessional.

I agree with the previous reviewer. Nordstrom prices, Walmart customer service.

This stores very clean but it's very small for this brand. They have a nice commercial knife selection as well as a great selection of coffee makers and dining wear. The staff seemed nice but only helpful to a select few. This location is good for browsing but I'll go to larger locations when I'm looking to buy (unless they better utilize the space with a better selection).

Return Policy at Williams Sonoma is difficult. Better have your original receipt in hand or good luck with an exchange or return, even for a branded product with obvious defects. For this reason, we have stopped shopping at all the Williams-Sonoma stores and affiliates. Too bad, since they have nice selection of well curated kitchen and cooking items. But are now off my list.

This store is not as big as other Williams-Sonoma stores, but they carry most of the items you're familiar with. The mall it's in can get busy with people and lots of cars so have patience when going there.
