They had what I pre-ordered waiting for me ,, but I did not know they change things up a little , but we're more than willing to help and change ,, staff is Nice & Friendly, I have been going there for about 5 yrs now and will continue to go there for most my meat needs ..

Reposting from MidWest Processing Plant Review---I've used Western 3 times for custom meat processing. They have consistently messed up my order. The most frustrating of all is they don't apologize, and you have to practically beg for them to find out what went wrong. I have a colleague that sent her best steers here, and they also messed up her order. They couldn't find her meat, missing cuts, tossed out bones & offal, etc. There is a huge disconnect between the office staff that takes your cut sheet, the people that intake animals, and the butcher team. No one is on the same page ever. Also, their labels are not waterproof and rip in the freezer. Other than that, the price is very reasonable, that is the only reason to come here, but it will be a gamble if they get your order processed correctly and you get everything back. Be sure to specify bones and offal to everyone. Or talk to Plant Manager Fidel only.

Jackie Vance and the CEO are a joke. Never was it explained their grinder was down when the cow was dropped off. Jackie sent several emails stating it’ll be fixed the following day and order completed. Never happened. Got my money ba k from the supplier as this “butcher” does just that, butcher everything. Complete joke of a company. They had it for over 6 weeks, the ceo lit me up on the phone, she lied to me repeatedly. Take your meat elsewhere. This place is a sham

Would not follow cutting instructions. Difficult to work with when product was unsellable, damaged or missing. This is an unprofessional and, to be honest, sketchy establishment. Do yourself a favor and take your product elsewhere.
