Friendly service. Not the best stocked store, but had the basics

The manager had a complete lack of attention in serving the customers. A new low in a West Marine store. I was seeking information on stock on hand and just got, we must be out. I went back to search the shelves for some other things I needed, and found those out of stock on the shelves too. To be understanding, I will share it was one of West Marine's smaller square foot stores.
