Great food but unfortunately not very accommodating for a party. I called a day prior and was told just call next day and place your order. I was concerned with a few reviews about having to wait a long time for the food prep. She said be specific on the time and I would be taken care of. On party day I called and the girl refused to take the order said I had to do it online. Reluctantly I went online and they don’t have the large side orders online and she would not write the order manually. So unfortunately I ended up buying a whole bunch of small size side orders online. Sad to say next time I will go to Cali Comfort and be treated like a paying customer

I went into the store way ahead of time to order a smoke turkey for Xmas eve. Came in the morning of to make sure everything was good. My order was not there. Made another order to pick up at 7pm and they said they can do it. It was an order for a whole smoked turkey. Came in at 7pm and I was given turkey breast. Guess I’m gonna get yelled at for putting my faith in a store. Thanks.

Everyone knows the meat is amazing here. But I recently went there to grab their chips and a couple different dips. The elite dip and their salsas are really good. Anyway, I grab the chips and dips and I get a message from the wife. "See if they have heirloom tomatoes and grab a Blanco tequila for drinks tonight"

So two amazing things happened. They had heirlooms which are hard to find right now. And I discovered they have an amazing tequila selection! They blow Bevmo out of the water. I only needed a cheap blanco for mixed drinks but they had three different choices of Arette including Gran Classe(amazing) and a few options of La Gritona and other really nice tequilas. They had Lalo too which is popular right now but for people new to tequila.

If you're into good tequila and you don't want to drive all the way to the great shop in Old Town you need to check these guys out!

Always enjoy going to this establishment for my catering needs. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. This store has been around for years
I recall my family coming to shop here for meats when I was a youngster and after all these years they have never disappointed us. Love Valley Farm Market!

Would give 5 stars, but I picked up a pork butt and it had a big ol slice taken out of it, I was hoping for better quality from a 50 dollar piece of pork. All of the roasts were all wrapped in plastic, so I couldn't see this before purchasing. I contacted them to see if they can make this right before reviewing, but never got a response.

I love valley farms and as you can see below I have been a customer since 2010. I am so disappointed in them though and it is for a couple reasons:

We bought a turkey. I paid for 13 pounds of turkey. I went to weigh it at home and it is less than 10 lbs. I used several different ways to make sure I was correct. They took 10 dollars from me and while it isn’t a lot, it isn’t ethical.
I requested in my notes to not have a bag , but that was not adhered to. Not too big of a deal just irritated

Last night we went to grab food and do some shopping. I wanted to get a Baja shrimp bowl. I’m hurt and just had surgery so my husband was getting it.. the person at the shack told my husband they don’t have a Baja shrimp bowl ? and just had pokey or salmon. I asked if it was on the menu still and it was. I went back and walked up to talk to the person. There was a brb in 5 min sign. The person was gone for at least double the time.. the line became super long.. and they were not back. I gave up and just left since I was hungry and didn’t have all day unfortunately.

There seems to be a loss in their customer service which really makes me sad. Like I mentioned, I’ve been a long time customer and tell everyone about them. Don’t be dishonest and lack customer service though; especially since you’re pretty expensive these days.

(5year old review here)Their bulk orders are awesome and well priced. Their cuts and fish selection is awesome and you can tell so fresh. We just moved back and I am so happy to be back to valley farms. You really won't want to buy meat from anywhere else
