Purchased a Grex airbrush kit that came with spare parts and a compressor. I had never owned an airbrush before so I didn’t exactly know what to expect. There were tons of options. Customer service was very helpful and courteous. They stock a multitude of accessories for the Grex products and was very pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended.

Do not recommend at all!! Ordered a hose part for my extractor part from TTS products on October 30th about 2 weeks out asking where’s my part Phil informed me it was back ordered which was understandable I wanted to confirm with Phil that I ordered the correct part as I gave him the The exact model number and serial number for my machine feel reassured me that it was the correct hose. As a business person myself when the hose arrived I was backed up with clients and come to my knowledge the hose that I ordered was not the correct hose for my machine at all! Messaged Phil Through text waited two days he didn’t respond so I called the office phil informed me that he would send me a full refund and the shipping and handling cost I sent back the hose And only received a refund for the hose not the shipping and handling. I proceeded to message phill he stopped responding and whenever I would call him my his phone would go to voicemail so I called the office spoke to Phil transferred me to Rick which he stated “it’s not in our policy to refund shipping” so I have to ship something back that was a sent a wrong part on my dime?! I was trying to explain my situation because I was very frustrated and Rick proceeded to hang up on me and now they aren’t answering I left him a voicemail and this review I would stay far away! if you were a business owner that needs industrial products for your machine
