I've rented their 1 yd trailers a few times, no problems as long as you follow the instructions. Yes you need to beware they could close early so do your jobs first thing in the morning. The guys there (father and son maybe?) are admittedly a bit rough around the edges, but friendly enough and courteous. Like most anyone, if you're abrasive to them i would expect it back. They will charge to clean the trailer so do that thoroughly before you return. I've had a little excess a couple of times and found out quickly it's cheaper and easier for me to dump it my site, then break it up and dispose, rather than bring back to Tri City for them to worry about (and charge for). They provide a good quality mix at a good price, and the convenience of the trailers saves me a lot on labor costs. Overall great value.

This place is a no-nonsense place.
I was in and out in ten minutes, both times.

Either you know how to pull a trailer or don't go.
They had just what I needed. Trailer and pre-mixed concrete.
Beats mixing your own concrete bags right.
They appear to be only open Monday-Friday these days.
Call first, plan ahead.
They have tools if you need them.
I cleaned out the trailer, as I have a place to do that, If you don't just pay the fee and don't complain, better than making a mess at your place or job site.

IGNORE THEIR POSTED HOURS: they close at 1pm which totally messed up my job. Decent concrete except it was over $200 for a single load and he said he didn’t even charge us a clean out fee.

I went to get concrete and this both guys working there were unprofessional, rude, yelling at me to park the trailer were they commanded me to do so.(I really felt mistreated and at points discriminated)They charge me $60 to clean the trailer and they made me park the trailer in the washing area and park it for them in the trailer, on my companies time ( isn't that their job if they are charging?) It was a really bad experience and i would never be doing business with them, I rather go all the way to Oakland to Larm's
