My dad wasn't feeling well and was making some bad decisions in the last year or so of his life and just barely made it to 2025. In that last year, he had a Craftsman riding lawnmower which wasn't running great and a Cub Cadet lawnmower which was also running rough. There was a closer and better rated repair service in Snohomish, but my dad got talked into and was convinced Town and Country was a better choice. He had them both taken to Town and Country for repairs, paid hundreds of dollars and got them back smoking like crazy. We actually picked up the Cub Cadet, but the riding lawn mower was brought back by T&C delivery service later. The Cub Cadet was smoking so, he had the delivery person return it to Town and Country when the driver dropped off the riding mower, and then my dad tried out the riding mower later, which also had the smoke issue, It was weird that when we returned the cub cadet to T&C, the staff there were so confused about what the problem was, but once they actually ran it, they found another thing to repair to supposedly stop the smoke problem. They wanted way too much for additional repairs on the Cub Cadet mower so he told them to forget it and keep it. The riding lawn mower never ran right again, and the estate doesn't trust Town and Country to do the repairs right. On top of that, as a memorable side note, when we picked up the lawn mower after repairs, we nearly got run off the road by a maniac with a truck and trailer passing us on the shoulder on Hwy 2 who apparently wanted to check my brakes, which were real good then sped off at about 90 mpg, so not a good experience in general. We feel that they really screwed him over on the faulty repairs. The staff is also either very forgetful or pretending they don’t remember and are always making excuses rather than dealing with the problems with their repair services.

Recently bought a Bad Boy Mower from Town & Country in Monroe. Great experience buying from them, but what set them over the top was their follow up service. I had an issue with the mower after one day. I called them up and they sent out a new mower and picked up the other one. They just picked up a customer for life.

I have made a few small purchases here lately. I was well received while having good chats with locals there.
They are helpful to look up parts and are good at helping me with figuring what I need.
Big help is they do blade sharpening so they get a great recommendation from me.
Enjoy -

Micah did a great job on getting us into a new Badboy mower. Would definitely buy from him again. Laid back, easy going shop without high pressure tactics. Well Done!!!

TLDR ~ Best purchase experience I've ever made!

The service technician and counter people were able to help guide me to the zero point riding mower I wanted and answered all my questions along the way. I wanted it to last, service it myself, and be reliable. I decided on a Bad Boy MZ Magnum. They steered me to get a grass shoot rather than a bag as grass won't get clogged with our regularly wet conditions. They were able to deliver it to my house a couple days later, and the driver called me to ask if I was going to be using it that night to which I said yes and he filled it up, so that I was able to rock and roll after a long hot Friday work day. He even unloaded it into my garage to keep it safe as no one was home at the time.

I was half joking with my wife and friend in the store about how I wanted to upgrade the seat pretty soon to the nice ones with arm rests and more back support. My wife talked with the service technician about how the arms and foot deck pedal were too far away on most machines when we were looking. I discovered a very pleasant surprise when seeing the mower for the first time after delivery. The seat was upgraded, the lever and pedal were shortened for my wife, and it was ready to turn key and go! The convience and hassle free experience was top-notch. Did I also mention that the price was better than anything I could find online? These guys are amazing.

Thank you Micah for the helpful advice for a first time tractor owner. We purchased a Kioti tractor and the right set of implements to help us manage our local forest land.

Micah not only steered us to the right tractor, he was pivotal in helping us select the right attachments and impressively customer focused in helping us buy "just right, not too much" to get us started.

Very happy customer, will be returning.
