I've worked with Tom's Plumbing on a number of plumbing projects and challenges over the years. They've ALWAYS been extremely responsive and helpful.

Recently we had a sewer backup emergency that required immediate help. Within 45-minutes from the time I called, there were two people from Tom's Plumbing working very hard to solve the problem. It was a complicated issue that required getting under the house in an incredibly awkward space with little room. These two were determined and kept on it until the problem was resolved.

From the patient woman taking my panicked calls to the guys in the field, Tom's Plumbing is the best. They are quick, stick with a job, and provide options that met our needs. I absolutely unequivocally recommend Tom's Plumbing to all on the coast.

Justin and his assistant did a great job installing a Moen water leak detection system. His estimate of time needed and work involved was accurate. Great attitude and professional work. Tom's has been a very reliable provider of plumbing expertise for our family for many years.

This is my third time using Tom's Plumbing. The first two times were plumbing emergencies and they resolved them quickly and thouroughly. This time was a scheduled need to cap a gas line prior to an appliance installation. I had to reschedule them at the time of the appointment due to an appliance deliver issue and they took it in stride. The work that they did a week later was painless and perfect. Very happy with working with them.

We have used Tom's Plumbing since 1978 and are very satisfied customers. Just recently they installed a "tall toilet" for us and, as usual, were very professional & on time. Russell, in ther office, kept in close touch regarding scheduling. Kudos all around!

Tom's Plumbing provides excellent and timely service whether your problem is an emergency or something with no urgency. An example: Recently my hot water heater died. I left a message on the answering machine on Saturday. Monday morning they called me at 7:30AM to tell me they would have someone at my house as their first call. My house is a manufactured house and requires a special type of hot water heater that they had to order. Otherwise it would have been taken care of on Monday. As it was, the hot water heaster was ordered on Monday, delivered and installed Tuesday and I had hot water tuesday about 5;00PM. [Review posted for Mickey Miller-his house and water heater, not mine.]

I have used Tom's Plumbing several times. They come quickly in an emergency and even worked over a holiday weekend on one occasion. The work was professional and well done. My only complaint is that the prices are quite high since there is an hourly rate of $150 and often there is a helper who is charge at $75 per hour. Then 10% is added on for profit and another 10% for overhead. This results in a quite large bill for any service.
