Use another company salesmen here are very rude and unprofessional they do not give pricing over the phone when you tell them that exactly what you are looking for. Called here and spoke with Martin asked for pricing on fork mixers and he did not want to give any pricing over the phone and said he would only send “general information” through email. When I asked why he could not tell me pricing he hung up on Me very rude and unprofessional. I called back and talked to another “salesman” who again would not give any information over the phone when oI asked about the owners information so I could complain about the lack of service he told me they were not interested in helping me. Very rude and unprofessional from two different employees. You would think they would be nicer given I was ready to spend ALOT of money for a mixer.

I placed an order for 5 Herbert Birnbaum bread proofing baskets on 2/13/22 and received them today, 2/16/22! The 13th was a Sunday, so yes, I am impressed! More importantly, I had received e-mail confirmation, right after placing the order, with an additional copy of my invoice and receipt early Monday morning. The baskets were well insulated and packaged in a very sturdy box. We’ll executed TMB! Thank you ! Anne
