Shondo answered our call on a Sunday afternoon before our Monday departure. She had our bag ready and waiting for us at the door. All the reviews are spot on. If you guy nice wine and want to see it home safely and you want great customer service, this is the spot. Thanks Shonda!

We were in Sonoma for the weekend. I planned for everything except how to get our wine home on the plane. I made a late Friday afternoon call to Wine Check. As they do not have a store, they normally deliver during the week. Shawnda made arrangements for us to pick up our bag on Saturday. Thank you for accommodating us!

We packed 11 bottles and none were damaged. The bag held up very well as it came off the carousel still looking like new. I'd recommend not using a lock as there was a Notification Of Inspection left inside by the SFO CAS. I am sure they would have wrecked the bag or zipper had we used one.

The bag folds up nicely so it will be easy to take on future trips.

I highly recommend this bag.

FANTASTIC service. Shonda actually delivered to us in a grocery store parking lot as we were on a rush to get something to pack our wine in and get to the airport. The other well known shipping location in town remained locked up during their regular business hours with unhappy customers lined up outside their door waiting for someone to open the store for the day. Forget using them and just go straight to THE WINE CHECK next time and save yourself the stress and a massive headache!

Great product and even better customer service. They went out of there way to help me on my last day of my trip to get me a bag for my flight home. Even more importantly the bag is perfect and gets the job done!! I highly recommend!!
