This location is my go to for shipping anything associated with UPS. The workers here are always professional, attentive and answer any questions you have pertaining to their shipping. I like that when I’m returning items for Amazon, my account is always updated the same day and I typically receive refunds the same day. When using other UPS stores in the area it is more of an inconvenience than a resource.

UPS has lively, knowledgeable, helpful employees. Every time I walk into the UPS store, I enjoy being ther because the staff members are very like-able. Other places make certain things feel like a chore, but not UPS.

So far I’ve used UPS for their notary services, to get a passport photo (which turned out pretty well), and bought envelopes. I’ll keep coming back for more services.

Worst customer service eeeever! Honestly they should do something with the guy that works there, I came to pick up an order and told him the name and tracking number, he just gave a superficial look at the shelves and told me that there was nothing under that name. I told him and even showed him the proof of delivery and again he told me that they didn’t have my package. He gave me a phone number to call and asked and again they told me that my package was supposed to be at their Betteravia office. I went back agaaain with this guy, which made me wait on line two times, and again told that he didn’t have it he even said that the person who signed/received my package didn’t work there. Now with an even worst attitude, I told him that maybe it was under the sender’s name instead of mine, and when I told him this he asked me again for my name and then he told me, oh here it is, all this time the package was under my name just in front of him, by this time I lost about 30min between phone calls, wait lines and the attitude of this guy was the wooorst, I would say a little bit (maybe too much?) racist? And to finish, he just threw my package and told me that they usually charge for this service but he will waive it for the inconvenience The service was paid in full with overnight shipping! I don’t know if he just told me that to make me feel less angry? Idk I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was very impressed by this performance of the individuals at this store. My wife and I were there to renew our passports. The clerk took our pictures and then set up everything with the completed application, printed the label and the correct envelope to ensure timely and accurate processing.

This is defiantly my go to store whenever I need anything shipped out. Service is fast and helpful not to mention very nice! Such a relief to have a kind person behind the counter, it really makes for a better visit! Thank you for all your hard work!
