This shop is so cute! They have a great selection of local goodies, perfect for gifts or a little something for yourself. The two ladies working at the desk were so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

We visited right before Christmas and got $10 mystery bags, which were such a fun idea! The bags were packed with items worth well over $10, and we loved getting to try some new things. We ended up buying several items for gifts and for ourselves, and everything was fantastic.

Highly recommend stopping in to check this place out—such a hidden gem!

I just love all of their products. We order regularly and everything is tasty and high quality. We especially love the Basil Olive Oil. The pasta sauces are also wonderful.

Customer service was egregious and they would get 0 stars if possible! They shipped my products to the wrong address and despite me presenting proof, refused to remedy the situation in any way. The office manager was rude, blamed me, indicated I had my response per the owners and denied me speaking with them. I had to pay $35 to have the items forwarded to the correct address or risk losing my original $100+ with no products. The vinegar I purchased was mediocre, but the business practices so horrendous that I will never do business with this company again.

Every single product we purchased was incredibly delicious-the blood orange brownies, the lemon blueberry scones, pizza dough mix, jams olive oil. Intense flavors , easy directions. We will definitely order again!

Their products are very tasty. Their flat-rate shipping of $8.95 takes up to 7 full calendar days to arrive in the continental US, because it goes UPS SurePost, not Ground. You can't upgrade. You don't necessarily get a tracking number emailed to you, but they will give you one if you call. They do not process orders on weekends, so a Saturday order goes out Tuesday. The estimated delivery time is not stated on the site (if it is, it's definitely not before final checkout). Their customer service person giggles a lot.

I had a jar of their green olive tapanade and while it tasted good, it had small pieces of pit throughout the product. I had to throw it away, not wanting to chip a tooth. When I called customer service, they said that that was because the olives are machine pitted and pits get through the process. Like this was ok. They never offered to replace the jar and give me any other satisfaction. I will never buy another of their products with this attitude.

Save your time and money and just purchase yourself some quality oil from California Olive Ranch. This company makes such a big deal about keeping the olive oil safe from moisture and heat, but guess what they are storing their oil in a shop that I am sure gets well above the amount of moisture and heat that is recommended for safe keeping of olive oil. Lastly, if you want to experience the worst customer service of your life go in and have a talk with the owners.

Product still good, but availability and customer service has gone into the gutter. They have relocated to this Yuba City location, gotten rid of their Sutter tasting room and their store. No longer can you go in and taste test. There is no more popping in and grabbing off the shelf. There is only one bookcase with a few oils/products on it and if you want something else, the staff in the new location will have pull things for you or have an order waiting for you if you order online and want to pick up. However, the staff are a little snarkier as if they have to get up from their little cubies to help someone, you have put them out. So, if you like running in and getting an impulse buy of some olives or need your oils, it won't happen. There is no signage on their new place and parking sucks bad. I'm switching small town orchards or hitting Sunsweet's store. If I have to go into town, I might as well just go to Sunsweet. Another one bites the dust. I guess no more Holiday shopping where I spend way more than I planned because of the nice staff, atmosphere, small town care, and cool products.
