Attention drivers, if you want to avoid a headache, avoid to coming to this place, in that place I have spent my worst experience in seven years that I have driven, it all started when I went to the window to tell them that the name of my company was incorrect on the lumper receipt,a lady with a very bad attitude told me, I can put whatever you want, and after that they took like around three hours to tell me that there was a damage product that they were going to return to my trailer, and I showed a picture I took after opening the doors where the load looked in good condition and a supervisor said that was my fault, I told him that I need to let the broker know that was going on,and he told me to leave his warehouse and never comeback again. If there is someone in charge higher than this people? I have all the proof that it’s true.

My appointment was 7:30am. I checked in 6:45am. They give me a door 7:30am right way. They didn't start unloading me until 2pm. After 2pm, they changed my door and started unloading at 3pm and didn't finish unloading until 5:45pm. Almost 10 hours to unload a dry van.

Facility sucks, lazy and rude people, came at 6am by appointment push me to wait at street for no dock, after approximately an hour got the dock, after docking another 3 hours and 45 min waiting for unloading very inconvenient no proper restrooms no proper lounge rooms for driver very mess my advice for drivers never come to facility unless u want waste 4-5 hours of your life just to get unload the half of trailer

One of the lady she so rudely with us she is not professional . They take long time to unload truck. My husband has appointment 8:30 in morning, so after long waiting 3:00 pm finally unloading truck and get paper work. That’s too much. They need hired more staff. Thanks.

Everything was good appointment at 6 am I checked in at 5:30 and after 10 mins i got dock and in 30 to 40 mins they unloaded my trailer, nothing to be worry about.

This place has no value of driver time. Thay ask to come by appointment. If you are late they will not take you. If you showup on time, after checkin they ask you to wait on street till they call you. Wait time is very long. After assigning the dock there is another wait to be off loaded. Lumper fee is super high. Overall you have to waste all of your day here.

Worst place ever, they took almost 6 hours to unload only 2 pallets. They charged 150 for lumper. If someone is offering you 500 dollars more just neglect.
