Buyers BEWARE! I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. The company ships damaged furniture and doesn’t take responsibility or assist with a resolution. I doubt this company will be around long based on poor customer service and lack of management. Shawn was terrible to work with, insulting to say the least. We ordered a piece of furniture that arrived damaged in February. We reported the damage to the company within 2 hours of receiving it. It’s May, and we still don’t have a resolution. I would avoid ordering from this company at all cost. They are terrible.

I bought a console online. I didn`t like its color. I did not even set it and put it back to the box. When I call them, they told that it is not returnable. What kind of store can sell an item without any return option? It is not visible on the sales page. Return policy can only be seen by clicking on it if you pay attention that it is not returnable. At this time, while any store, even one dollar stores, can take back an unused product, you cannot have the option of not taking back any product that is not set and notified to you within 24 hours.

This company outright lies and the customer service is so bad, it truly is the worst. Also their return policy is within 24 hours! Lol thats crazy! Then they charge you 30% of the purchase orice, its robbery. The guy who owns this place thinks hes going to make it big with these stupid business practices but the BEST business practice in the world that will help your company grow and grow is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, people will continue to buy and will spread the word but with his very bad track record word of mouth spreads in a way that will ruin the business. People catch on that youre shady and greedy and they arent fooled by the fake reviews by friends and family, probably written from as far away as Tehran.

I want to say first and foremost that my experience with Sundial Home was great. I got exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. I had no issues whatsoever. I realize some of the older reviews are very bad for this company and I cannot speak to those people experiences. But mine was great and they were the cheapest on the web by far for the piece of furniture I bought, which was a very nice high quality Buffet. I paid for the white glove delivery, and I was pleased with their professionalism.

I recently placed an order for 3 Mayer counter stools in tan. Sundial had the best price but I was a bit nervous based on a number of the reviews. I contacted them before I placed the order to confirm they were new and not damaged items. The person I spoke with was very reassuring. I received them just under 3 weeks and they were in perfect condition. They are beautiful and comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase!
