My son and I had two large, heavy tool boxes in the back of his pickup and needed to get them out. We had no idea how to do this because of the weight and size of the boxes that were wedged against each other. The manager and his employees offered suggestions and ultimately used a fork lift to pick up the boxes and load them onto a tilt trailer. We were then able to unload them into our garage. The manager and employees were careful not to damage the boxes and did an amazing job doing something that they did not have to do. I have been a long time customer and will continue to go to Sunbelt Rentals in Fortuna where they go the extra mile to help their customers. Thank you Sunbelt manager and crew!

Had an issue near the end of the day with my plumbing. I Ended up renting the wrong tool for my job. I headed back in and they swapped it out for me with no issues. All the employees were very helpful and the prices were good. Would recommend for tool rentals.

Kyle the manager is a liar.
They promised training for my handyman on the 13th. Not happening!
Promised to give me the name of a qualified lift operator. Never happened.
Very poor customer service.
UPDATE: Kyle is now attempting to find an operator. Unsuccessful after two days. Will have to see if he can do this.
I was passed off to Shelby their Sales Rep and she tried to find an operator but with no luck.
