Great experience all around. I ordered two different parts from them on a Sunday. They contacted me as soon as they opened on Monday to inform me one of the parts had been discontinued and wasn’t in stock, asked how I would like to proceed with my order. I was very impressed with the speed, accuracy and pricing. Their prices are even a small amount lower than my local Subaru dealers parts. Overall great experience and I will definitely be buying from them again.

Their website is easy to navigate, from beginning to end. The parts I ordered shipped in a reasonable time given the circumstances (read below), parts arrived in a timely manner, and they were all unharmed. Tracking number was provided with the "your parts have shipped!" notification e-mail.

I chose this store specifically because of the shipping quote I received ($17). Other websites I visited, with the exact same parts, were wanting to charge me upwards of $80 shipping. Upon checking out, the confirmation E-mail I received specified "Oversize or overweight items may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you with the estimate of these additional charges once your order has been received." Great. Sure enough, a couple days later I got an e-mail saying I needed to pay an extra $20 in shipping before my items would ship. Yes, I did order over-sized items, but I feel the shipping should have been accurate during checkout; not re-adjusted and billed to me a couple days later.

In their defense, They did tell me they were absorbing some of the shipping cost to make up for it. That was nice, and I was not expecting it. In the end, I paid $17 + $20 shipping vs $80+ I was quoted elsewhere.

I would still highly recommend this website. I will be buying from them again in the future.

Ordered a muffler and exhaust pipe, unfortunately they were oversize and required $100 shipping. Placed the order because cost of items plus $100 shipping was still a good deal.
Received an email a few days later saying shipping would be an extra $100, for a total of $200. This change in price made ordering from Subaru Parts Warehouse more expensive than ordering from local Subaru dealer.
Requested Subaru Parts Warehouse to call me back to discuss the issue, but they simply canceled the order.
I understand these parts are oversize and additional shipping is required, but the website should be smart enough to see two oversize items are being purchased and appropriate shipping charged.
The delay in cancelling my order several days the order was placed caused an additional 5 day delay in getting our car back in working order.

If you really cared about quality customer service you would have reached out to me when I requested.
Please spare me the owners response apologizing for wrong shipping amount being charged.
You should have sent me the parts as the agreed upon order, and then fixed your website to correctly generate shipping costs, so future potential customers won't have surprise shipping costs and added delays to their orders.
