This site is clean, has good rates, great responsive people working in their office, but they are again having issues with heating their units in their heated buildings. Checked on my 3 units yesterday and the buildings were 40-41 degrees in the indoor thermostat. The thermostat in my unit displayed 37-39 degrees. This is NOT a heated unit that I signed up for, esp when the outdoor temp is higher than indoor building temperature. Notified the office, now they tell me the new boiler installed last year is supposed to keep the floor dry, not my experience of several years when the buildings are kept around 50 degrees indoor temp during winter. The floor is ice cold. Have had units here for 4-5 years and "heating problems" last several years. Once they got the new boiler installed last year, buildings were back to 50+ degrees inside during winter and you could tell by putting your hand on the floor that there was heat. Now, ice cold. Very frustrated.

It's one of my friends storage unit. I was helping her organize for cpl days. I went to and from with ease. The code and the gate worked flawlessly. The place was clean. We went about our business with no trouble, and they are open til 10pm! Even nearing 10pm, still.....no riff raff, no questionable characters mulling around, no trouble at all. I hear you get locked if you lose track of time, and you're within the gate after 10pm, so make sure you're clock is keeping good time, and set it to theirs for sure!

Honestly had a great experience here at Storage Court. We were able to get the unit we had quickly and very easily online through their application process. Facility was secure and never had any safety concerns. Facility is clean and well maintained as well. Prices are also reasonable too. Their online portal for making payments was user friendly and made it simple to set up automatic payments which was really nice. Staff was friendly as well and we never had any issues when interacting with the team here. If we didn’t have to move across state we would probably be long term customers with them. I highly recommend the Storage Court to anyone needing a place to store their belongings for sure.

Great experience! I spoke with Denise on the phone before reserving a unit online. She was extremely friendly and easy to speak with. On location (Tye St. ) I had the pleasure of working with Fred . He is the kindest, most helpful gentleman I have ever met! Thank you Fred, keep up the amazing work! I'm greatful to be a new customer.

Hi all!
I have been with this storage unit company at this location for years now. I had just emptied it out a few days ago. If you're looking for a safe, secure and CLEAN place to keep your items; this place is it.
Victor is the manager. He made it very, very smooth and stress free with the finalities of paperwork.
If I ever find myself needing another unit, I'd be back. 5 stars. For sure.

Only giving ONE star because I HAVE to! I sure hope this place feels great about taking EVERYTHING we had from a single mother and three small children!! Long story but I'll sum it up, I had to go to California due to medical issues and had to give up our home in Washington due to these medical issues so I felt safe leaving absolutely everything we had in our storage until, well my children's father was trying MULTIPLE different attempts to make the payment for our until and the employees said I had to update my profile with them adding his name and then send then an email telling them I approve him making payment for me. I did JUST as they asked and I checked every day and absolutely NO CHANGES had been mad and he was unable to make the payment. I called in SEVERAL times speaking to a female employee, the same employee whom told me she would make the changes RIGHT away and was making notes on my account of what was going on so they wouldn't think we just abandoned our until. Days go by and STILL no changes and he's STILL unable to make the payment and I'm in the hospital so kind of hard for me to do much but I called many many times and was unable to reach anyone at all but I left SEVERAL voicemails and sent SEVERAL emails regarding the matter and NOT ONE RESPONSE FROM ANYONE AT ALL, few days later I FINALLY reach the SAME female employee after leaving the hospital to add money to my account to make the payment since I'm the only one on the email and after trying SEVERAL times to make the payment online and over the phone with the automated system, which of course wouldn't work because it said my phone number coukd not be located with a unti, the female employee then tells me "Oh, I think your unit is gone" and I then ask her what she's talking about and she's says "your unitl was just auctioned off two days ago". Of course I'm FRANTIC and ask her HOW this happened if SHE note my account and I ask her WHY she didn't update my profile with them so my children's father coukd make the payment and she claims she did but no changes were made, EVER! I then start to cry because my children unfortunately have been through SO much recently and NOW have lost EVERYTHING they had over something that wasn't OUR fault, the employee tells me she's going to reach out to the person that purchased my unit and tell them the situation and have them seel it back to me so we can have our belongings and that the purchaser will be the one to contact me directly and soon. It had now been 2 WEEKS and NOT ONE WORD and I'm still currently under medical attention so I'm unable to just go back to Washington and find out WHATS going on and I've asked SEVERAL times to speak to a manager and the employee told me she would have them manager call me but she will just tell me the same thing. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ME AND MY CHILDREN HAVE AND NOW ITS COMPLETELY GONE OVER ISSUES THAT WE TRIED TO RESOLVE THAT WERENT EVWN OUR FAULT AND I DO NOT SEE HOW THIS IS LEGAL! I DO WISH SOMEONE WOUKD REACH OUT TO ME SO I COULD FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON! - Amanda Barker
