Can’t say enough great things about the folks down at Speedway Chevrolet in Monroe, WA. Tom Truex and the finance team worked literal magic to get me in the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. I am truly impressed at what these guys were able to do and so grateful! My favorite part was there was no pushy salesman pitch…Tom heard what I needed and worked to get it done. No pressure at all. Will definitely be going back to these guys next time I have a vehicle need!

I was just out eyeballing some vehicles and stopped at a few dealerships. Test drove a few SUVs. On my way home I decided to stop by Speedway Chevrolet in Monroe. Shane came out to introduce himself. a couple vehicles caught my eye but non of them were the right match. And then Shane showed me the vehicle I’ve been waiting to see. A 2019 Ford Expedition platinum just a little over 33,000 miles on it. Speedway had already priced it to sell and Shane was happy to get my trade-in price where I needed it to be to get my monthly price point. I’m so excited to drive home my new vehicle.

Highly recommend doing business with Speedway Chevrolet. They worked fast to get us in and out the door as quickly as possible. Make sure to ask for Tom Truex, he made sure get what we wanted for our trade-in. The whole staff including Joe from finance were amazing, can’t say the same about the guy inspecting my trade-in, but I don’t hold that against Tom or Joe whatsoever. If you are looking for a vehicle, even if you are not from the area like myself, these folks business is definitely worth the drive!

I bought my truck from them in July of 2023 Last week I took my truck in for an oil change, a rattle coming from the front end, and For the AC that wasnt working after I was just charged 400$ for them to tell me nothing was wrong with it few months back. The communication was awful. I was promised calls for updates that just never happened. I drove by daily for over a week to notice the truck never moving. When I would finally get the serious long list of issues and was told the warranty THEY sold me wouldn't be covering it and i was looking at about 9k plus in repairs and labor. They told me to my face when they sold me the warranty everything from front end to AC to transmission etc was covered. But when I tried to use it they said because it had a lift (that they sold it to me with) that it wouldnt be covered. I seen another review recently that they had the same issue. It's a shame they Lie to you to sell you a warranty that isn't usable. The guy helping me in the service department seemed genuine telling me he hates that sales does that to people and attempted to help best he could. If you choose to buy from here don't take their word. Be careful.

Top notch service from Matt and his team at Speedway. They bent over backwards to try and find a Silverado to my specs and, when they couldn't find one, factory ordered a 2025 for me over the phone. The truck showed up exactly when they said it would and to the exact specs I requested. It was a relatively painless process to trade in another vehicle and pickup the truck in a couple hours. Highly recommended if you're looking for a new truck.
