Great place, first time visit today. Had white riser material in stock I needed! Looked as if they have a great inventory for moldings and trim wood and wood products. Staff was nice and very helpful. Here's a picture of the product after installed.

Go-to trim shop for years. Love the environment and moral with the staff. Owners are down to earth people that are friendly and extremely versed in there profession. If we ever ran into an issue with products, they are quick to address it and make sure we keep my jobs moving forward and customer satisfaction a priority. The design side of the business is so inspirational and I recmd there services to all my remodel clients.

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and never received any kind of response. After finally getting in contact with this company they informed me that they do not ship any items. (THIS IS NOT CLEAR AT CHECKOUT) I am currently finishing a remodel project for a customer that is to be finished next week. I expressed that time is of the essence.
The employee informed me that he dropped to ball on reaching out to me well over 10 days ago. In good faith (as a business owner myself) I asked if they would be willing to help partially compensate for the freight charge. His words were "I'M NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING WITH THAT, it will be about $800!?"
To put the icing on the cake I received a PARTIAL refund; Why, I have no idea. Total amount that they decided to keep with no explanation, 27 dollars and some change.
Future customers please beware of the dishonestly & poor customer service before placing an order with them.

Although we were over 60 miles from the storefront, the purchase was convenient and so easy! I searched many places and was super pleased with the response to questions about sizes and what best matched to make sure I had consistency throughout my home. The response time to phone call messages I left (after hours) was amazing!! AND...the free delivery was awesome! Saved me time and $$ I would recommend them highly!

My experience with So Cal Trim was the worse I have ever had. First, the baseboards were ordered, and the paint job was subpar. I had them returned to correct and had to beg repeatedly to get them to resend them.
It took over two weeks, with constant promises of delivery dates and no shows. I was hoping this was just a mishap and went ahead and tried to order the shoe molding; Alyssa stated they were no longer painting the shoe molding; I questioned her several times because I had been told they were painting them previously, she insisted they were not. I called again and spoke to someone else, and they stated, of course, they are painting them. I ordered them and was advised they would be ready for pick up Friday morning. When I arrived later that afternoon, I was told they were not prepared, nor did they try and notify me. I expressed my dismay and was assured they would deliver them first thing this morning. It is now 11:00 AM, and I had to call again, only to be told they did not have the right size needed, and again no one bothered to notify me. Everyone makes mistakes and has mishaps, and I tend to be forgiving, but this has gone beyond even the most patient customer. Hanks hardware has similar prices and will be providing my shoe molding. These people have no consideration of one's time or schedules. I made over a dozen calls to them.

This was going to be a 1-star review but they called and apologized so now it's a 2-star review. We ordered with them, the emailed us and said they couldn't fulfill the order. We then asked for a refund and didn't hear back for 3 weeks. I then had to dispute CC charges and they called back saying they wouldn't dispute the charges.
