If I could give them -10 I will ! Terrible customer service, one of the worst experiences when it comes to shipping. They charge you for everything!!! It’s unbelievable.
They charge you for shipping after you make the order(2-3 days after), they don’t let you know right away how much they going to charge.
The order is minimum $500 and they charged us $270 for shipping. Also! They charge extra if the guy who delivers the order helps you bring it outside your door.

I don't understand these other ratings but I ordered last week and was delivered today !! SFIC answered all my questions, sent several emails to make sure I understood the process. Shipping rates beat every other company I've ordered from and the truck driver was SO nice, helpful and on time !! Best company I've dealt with by far. And the best soap I've used !! Will order again and for now on only SFIC soap.

If I could give them -5 I would.
Bad customer service and bad experience.
I was trying to talk to a rep for over two weeks and the rep wouldn’t call back!
I tried again and again, email the rep to call so we can discuss on the phone but didn’t get a call back!!
And I was actually looking to order soap line from them, I own a store in Beverly Hills.
Anyways, I recommend to take your business somewhere else where they actually appreciate your business because they definitely won’t appreciate you.
And for the “40 years experience”
I knew once a hairdresser that cut hair for 40 yers and still have people a horrible haircut. So it obviously don’t mean anything in thier case.

Soap is great, but that is IF they will call you back so that you can place and order with questions. You can also try their competitor which is Stephenson Personal Care in the UK though:(.

There soap bases are bar none.I love that they are all natural. However,It is difficultto get them to communicate via email or phone. Once they correct that part of communication they will five stars.
