This was very helpful and nice, I was looking for dry ice last minute for coachella and they have plenty. Most grocery stores are sold out or don't have any. I called to double check and they can be in the back but working hard 🙂 Come through for your ice and dry ice needs. Both guys were very friendly and helpful.

They were so nice and accommodating. I needed to get dry ice for my mom's cold cap cancer therapy and dry ice is not the easiest thing to find in town or anywhere. He's THE iceman of the Coachella Valley!

Just bought 30 lbs of dry ice. The Lady that works in the office is fantastic. This company wanted my business and treated me like I'm a $1,000,000 client. I usually buy my dry ice from Smart and Final but they were out of stock. I'm glad I found Rodarte's. They are the best.

I don't normally give 5-star reviews. In my mind, if I do that it means there is no room for improvement. From my customer perspective, Rodarte went above and beyond and earned a 5-star rating.

When I first called to inquire about the dry ice, the gentleman that I spoke to asked me to give them a call first to be sure there would be someone at the office to help me. That's amazing service.

today Tuesday went looking for some 2 lbs of dry ice front door was locked at 4pm I called they said they were out of dry ice maybe Thursday , ice place out of ice ,lol guess I can try to order online need somewhere I can depend on

Checked to see if they would deliver to Beaumont for our building launch and was told they don't serve Beaumont. Yet, directly on their website they say "Our dedicated team delivers ice throughout the communities in the Yucca Valley and Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Cabazon, Beaumont, Mecca, Banning, and more. Let us travel to you!" Guess my order wasn't important enough for them.

I have no idea about their service or their product. What I do know is that they advertise on their website that they are open until 5 PM. I am pretty sure that 4:40PM is well before that but that didn't stop them from closing early with no sign indicating as such. Just a locked door and a locked gate. A 20 minute drive wasted.

Such a wonderful company! We get all our ice bags from them. They usually get here same day. Fast, speedy, affordable. Super friendly too!
