Bought a pile of hardware supplies there recently. Had an unpleasant conversation with the girl at the register while checking out. Real snarky and I've noticed they have a real attitude with some customers. They are less than helpful and act like they don't want to be there. Perhaps they should consider working as short order cooks or somewhere they don't have to interact with people...

Hardware plus store. Car started overheating. Pulled N 2 big parking lot. They sell orange color coolant specifically 4 my year & make car. Staff is knowledgeable, prices reasonable. Chances R If ya can't find it here, ya don't need it...

Richlin's for me is the anti-conglomorate. Great stuff, great prices, the unexpected. Incredibly diverse selection of goods, not Amazon, still quite amazing. A joy to patronize... going today for birdseed & bagged top soil!

Blonde girl with long red fingernails who helped me with my two new car fob batteries couldn't have been nicer. She assisted me with putting the battery in too. She was so helpful.

Usually has what you need when you need it, or on the rare times if they don't, try checking back in a few days. Good selection for a small hardware store complete with an automotive and key cutting counter in the back. Gardening supplies and holiday decorations are to the far left, home goods and pet supplies on the right, at the front end is stationary and snacks, and in the middle is tools and hardware. Store layout has pretty much remained the same for close to 30 years.

Have a seasonal home in Branford have been coming to this place for years spring summer and fall most of the time to find what I want was looking for something that I saw a few weeks ago that they were out of most of the time the owner and the people working there are very helpful asked the girl at the cashier about whether likely will get the item back in stock . Or if she could ask the boss to order it or Make note of it let me know when they get an in or something like that she had no interest in any of the ideas it seems like she could care less encounter her a couple times there previously And seems to be in a different direction than the rest of us which isn’t a bad thing but if you don’t want be helpful then don’t work at the place! Go find a job you like somewhere else if you’re unhappy there ! This happened on Sunday September September 25 around 3:30 PM . Whenever I come up here we’ll make it I always make a point to stop here and buy stuff if am up here for a couple of days or a couple of weeks I frequent there a lot . during and after the pandemic they were very well stocked on soaps and latex gloves paper towels all the things we needed we very often purchase stuff and take it back to New York with me to my other home don’t really care about the prices but they are reasonable and stuff even if something was higher in price if they have what I wanted I would pay it because I like to patronize a smaller stores that’s what this country was built on ! I’m hoping my next experience there is better but very disappointing yesterday
