I came to Oakhurst from LA for vacation.
+ woman at the reception was nice
- So I was charged 427.45 for battery replacement which wasn’t the problem.

Came with check engine light, service request and alert about hybrid system. They said the problem was my battery. Didn’t showed me the service checklist or problems on the computer. They replaced the battery. But service request didn’t go away and moreover the engine light popped on again as an alert in a few days.
I opened the lid to look at the “new” battery they placed in my car and saw this … this battery definitely not new and they put cardboard in there!!! (see attached photo).
I went to jiffy lube so they can check what’s going on. They checked it completely for free and showed me that problem was not with the battery at all (see attached photo).

Absolute professional machine shop! Fixed bad head work done on an old Harley but a " reputable" shop! Great work!

I was gonna buy a car from one of the workers. Drove an hour away just to be told by the receptionist that they sold it the night before. Was never given a heads up. Very disappointed and frustrating.
