Can’t answer any phone calls in a timely manner. We called 3 times on different days and still can’t reach no one. Their payment system made us type in numbers multiple times so we rather just pay through a real person. Overall a terrible system. Shout out to the frontline guys but the office folks needs to figure it out

The rate for dumping green waste was very high compared to the eureka location for some reason. I like the quick service and how helpful the attendants and workers are. The place smells awful but it is a garbage dump so that is no surprise.

The guys that work here are so nice. They are characters, super friendly. People keep dumping roosters here which is sad but also kind of funny to see them running around the parking lot. Some are really pretty.

Arrived at the dump at 3:55 and was told they wanted to close early today so we couldn't toss our truck load. I was suprised since it wouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes. Seems to me If you say you're open till a time you stay open to that time.

Went over there with about 12 minutes left didn't drive forward far enough at first. Drove inside the cones instead of outside the cones, I finally got the trash out the car. Get to the front doesn't know if they take a Google pay or not but says he takes the tap, give him my phone, ask for the pin, punch it in, and I was done. These guys are great because I'm sure the end of the day they want to go home. Last thing. They need is an annoying customer that doesn't know what he's doing and they were patient with me.

Just got off the phone with someone, who didn't bother to identify herself, to let her know that once again our trash was not picked up. I was told that I was lucky because the driver hadn't left town & he'd come back....? So me, being lucky, let her know that our recycling was missed last week & our trash was recently missed. She, in her sickeningly sweet child like voice, snarkely told me it was a green waste week. We compost so that doesn't impact us I told her, but I am concerned that there is a problem because we are getting random pick ups with trash & recycling. She snapped that it was a green waste day & that she had already told me that she had called the driver .. So I guess when you hire 12 year olds, complex problem solving is not yet a skill set, nor is the concept of customer service... How about 'I am sorry we missed your pickup, let me see what I can do to help you '? Update: What a difference a weekend makes! I just got off the phone with Mr. Mobley & he will be sending out a truck tomorrow. He provided excellent customer service & provided the missing piece of information, which was our normal driver was on vacation & there was a new backup driver. Our driveway is a bit confusing, so I am sure that was the problem. Changed my rating to 5 stars & would give higher if I could. I trust that he will also address phone etiquette & customer service at their next team meeting.

It would be a decent little recycling center if it weren't for the manager. He is a rude little wannabe Napoleon in a Walmart suit who tried to scam us into paying hundreds of dollars extra for ewaste.
Pro tip: As of 06/04/23, if you have less than a pickup load of ewaste, take it to Redway. They are free, helpful and actually professional. If the likes of little Napoleon have their way I expect this to change.
