We had hired contractors for a big project in our backyard. When they were done, there was still a small portion next to the wall between our house and our neighbor (wall belongs to neighbor). Due to the grading that was done, the footing of the wall was now exposed and the contractors had proposed to put decorative pavers against it so that it wouldn't look too bad. Long story short our neighbor wasn't happy and the contractors agreed they would build a small planter box section with the same retaining wall material in the location instead.
Well we're now 3 months from when they agreed and very little response as well as no date of when they'll be back. And this entire time my neighbor has been asking when it would be done... So we decided to reach out to RCP directly to see if we could purchase the blocks ourselves to install on our own. They usually sell in pallets and after talking to Lindsey and Heather and explaining our situation and what we needed, they were able to help. Their District Manager has decided they will be breaking down pallets to sell by layer. This is a huge relief because we really didn't want to have to purchase something from Home Depot or Lowes that wouldn't exactly match the beautiful wall blocks from RCP. These ladies' amazing customer service is what will continue their successful business. Thank you so much for your help!
