The worst photos at every event. The photos are always blurry. They take photos of the same three to five kids and it will be multiple photos one after another of the same action shot. They never move around and take photos throughout the routine it's just straight in front of them. The album will appear to have 700 photos and probably only a hundred of those are actually different photos the rest are the same photo with a slightly different move of the athlete. The only team photos they ever get are so fisheyed and from underneath which doesn't even make sense since the cheerleaders are on a floor mat. Their customer service is terrible. I really wish JAMZ cheer would step it up and get a new photographer... Showcase the girls showcase the team and not with blurry amateur photos.

I have nothing but issues. Every event I need to argue to get my daughter's teams to search her. I am always told wait 72 hours and 1 month later still arguing that the team is there I have the year package so I need it to find my daughter. So here we ago again There is an event this weekend the album is there but not searching my athlete so I can download. Not to mention when it does they find 100 pictures and usually only 5 are good. Terrible with action shots and just do a lot of duplicates. I'm told the AI needs time but you need to update the AI. I hate this is the way I had to pay for photos.

I don't normally leave negative reviews but in this case I felt compelled to do so. If I could not give a star at all I would. I understand Varsity Brands wanting to try a new photography company and I also understand that it is not easy to capture live sports (I have a background in photography so I understand this). We just attended one of the largest cheerleading competitions over this past weekend in Atlanta. What I am upset about is that the Day 2 photos of the team that my daughter is a part of are missing. They are no where to be found and I have sent multiple emails & web chat requests with no response from RT Productions. You CANNOT call them which is probably wise due to all of the issues that I have viewed everyone reporting.

The best way to ruin your business is by horrible customer service and I am sure after this competition season is over, Varsity will never utilize this company again. The last message that I have sent to them today, now three days later from when I first messaged them was a demand in a response. This is my daughter's senior year and last year to compete and this awful company has definitely put a bad taste in everyone's mouths.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase any photos from them!

This company continues to disappoint parents that rely on their “professional service” to capture unforgettable moments while our kids perform. I think it’s time for YCADA to find a new photographer for its events….

Horrible, horrible photos. So disappointed that Varsity has picked this company to do action shots at comps. 90% of the photos are of the same 3 kids...like 10 shots in a row of them just standing there. Then the other 10% are of the whole mat but so zoomed out you can't see anything. Whole pieces of the routine aren't even photographed.

Save your money and don't buy from them!!!

A staple for "better" Italian food in Bristol (no offense to the cheaper BHOP). Limited seating - the store can maybe hold 30 patrons. 4 bar seats, street parking only. Really can't go wrong with any menu item - worth a try for takeout if you can't get a seat!

The majority of the photos were blurry. Over half were shots of the same child. It was very disheartening that the parents could get better photos with their phones than what we paid far to much money for!!

Majority of the photos are very blurry and repeated if I wanted a photo album with blurry photos I would have had my toddler take the pictures, for a $135 album with repeated blurry photos is outrageous would not recommend this company to anyone!
