We were very thankful for the prompt care and concern with my daughter being sent to the ER yesterday. Every staff member was quick to help and the doctor was very thorough. Although we were under a lot of stress, the staff was very understanding and helpful.

Worst experience EVER.
Rude MA literally the rudest person ever, asked her to close the door more than once for my own privacy and she said “your the only person here” as multiple people would pass by regardless if they worked there if I had asked once for my OWN privacy should've listened the first time. She has tattoos on her neck, literally the rudest.

I had an emergency room visit on 10/31/2024 at 2:45 pm for my Infant daughter. The charge nurse at this facility that was the first person to meet us at the door, had a HORRIBLE attitude. I cannot believe the snark and sass that was coming out of this lady’s mouth. I am very displeased about my visit here, people come to the emergency room when they are experiencing a rough time, and to be greeted with attitude is the last thing people want to deal with. I worked in health care for 3 years and have spent 2 of those years working in the emergency room. It is very concerning when staff are treating people like this and is a huge reflection on how this organization values the community around it. I wish I caught her name, but I do know that she is a charge nurse at the emergency room.

I took my Daughter to the hospital that our tv fell on top of her head and cracked….she always goes to the wenatchee Hospital but for more closer we descided to take her to Quincy Hospital… the Nurses were great were very respectful. But the Docter!!!!! He was very unprofessional! He said no xrays no nothing! Not even a let me check or something… The Tv fell over her head and cracked!!! And he said NOTHING!!!! Until we told bim to to an xray As parents we were concerned and wanted to be aure the nothing happened that her head was ok!!!!! Not taking my children ever again over here!!!!!

They should hire better Docters that take their Job as a Doctor that they should care about their patients! Thats why some pay or home have ensuraance we should get better treatment!
