The CEO, Manish Chowdhary has stolen our inventory, and would not forfeit it until we make outragous payments for their made up bills. I.e they have "monthly minimimums", even though we didn't have inventory, and we were about to send it. To claim a monthly minimum, when they are holding no inventory, providing no service to us is outrageous. The monthly mimimums are $1.4k - for nothing. Getting your inventory out if an enitre other process. Stay away from these scammers.

Before Pulse Commerce, we were using multiple disparate systems; Magento as our eCommerce platform, Box storm as the inventory program, GoData Feed to create the Google shopping feed, and Connex to sync orders with QuickBooks.

Simple updates to the site was very time consuming. In addition, the site was completely not SEO friendly. There were server issues everyday with time outs that affected customers browsing the website and placing orders.

Our hands were tied; we were at the mercy of unreliable hosting and outside web developers.

Inventory management was pretty much nonexistent between using two unconnected systems and data inconsistencies. ZZ Diesel intended to start offering kits and assemblies but implementing this was impossible. There was also no way to handle Vendors of our products; when an order came in, we would have to manually look up who we bought it from.

Placing phone orders in Magento was very difficult. As a workaround, employees would place orders on the website as throwaway “guest” customers instead, preventing accurate order recordkeeping. ZZ Diesel also does quite a bit of drop shipping which we had to handle on paper to record tracking numbers and PO numbers. If a customer called for any update this information was not easy to access.

These problems were heading to a complete break in business operation and the only way to be able to manage growth was to abandon ship and get on a stable platform.

Now that we’ve moved to Pulse Commerce, the website no longer goes down and we are seeing much faster load speeds across the board. The site is much more SEO friendly. Inventory and sales are now under one roof. Checking inventory counts and knowing when to order inventory is easy, accurate and smooth.

Drop ship orders and POs now just flow through the software seamlessly. Being able to assign Vendors and cost to a product is a huge life saver.

Pulse Commerce uses a very easy-to-setup but powerful Google shopping data feed, so not only have we seen a big increase in Google activity in just a month since going live, and we were able to stop paying GoData Feed for this service!

Our sales are already increasing now that we can focus on growing our product line without having to worry about keeping everything running.

Even when we do have questions or any small issues, we know have a great support team that we can reach out to with an actual “support ticket” program.

These are just a few of the examples where Pulse Commerce moved our business forward. Now that the road blocks are cleared out we are seeing great growth at ZZ Diesel. I have 100% confidence in Pulse Commerce and look forward to growing with them.
