Terrible first time experience here and this is a Sunday @ 10am. 8 trucks deep and very slow process moving towards security to get checked in. Ridiculous. Drivers have to get out once you get to the stop sign to go check in. Posted a picture of the up-to-date yard layout, Basically driving around the perimeter of the yard. I had a pre-loaded trailer waiting for me in the back so once you make it in the yard, it's quick drop and hook and return back to the security, get your BOL from them. Can't speak for the live load/unloads on the waiting process.

Big place, follow signs to security booth. Unloading guy very polite and friendly. Arrived at 7:10, was done unloading pulp in 10 minutes. Don’t use truck gps to get to the site, put it on google maps after exiting hwy 101.

Every time disappointed every time. People inside the check in and out building have no interest in jobs mostly it took on average 45 minutes to 1 hour to check in. Theses companies make hell of money and can not hire couple of more people to make truckers life easy

Entrance from Latigo st, call the number on the Gate to open it
take a sharp right as soon you enter, pull up to the stop sign
wait to get out until you are the first in line, be ready with your pick up number and license
careful to catch your license, they throw your license back through that little window like playing cards.
for live pick up, dock the trailer at the assign dock and don't bother asking the security where the assign dock is, his response ' they are all labeled on the top'.
dock, slide tandems, chock the wheels, disconnect and put the jack in front of the trailer and go to the office to check in the middle of the back of the building with your phone number on the slip given by security gaurd ( btw security wont tell you anything beside the dock # )
wait for their call and go to the office for paperwork and pick up your trailer and stop by at the security before exiting, they would want the slip they gave you back.

Unhook. Chock wheels, park near office away from trailer, Don't see a restroom. Hey, we'll call you. By the way... you can't leave the property. Guess what? No truck stops are near. Lol! Good luck sucker!

Picked up from here today. Took half-hour or so took get checked in, drop my mt and pick up my loaded trailer. Headed to check out got caught behind a knight driver just sitting there waiting on paperwork, checked out then had to wait to exit because the guard shack was not really on the ball with getting the gate open in a timely manner, along with long line of trucks coming in. Total of time in and out was almost 2 hours.

A lot of bad communication. I followed five bobtails in, I think only one of us got their load out. Everything else hadn't been started on yet.
I showed up for a drop and hook a day late, and they hadn't even started loading yet.
It took me three trips to security and three hours before they told me the reason they hadn't started was the trailer was refused and they wouldn't load it.
