Preat Corporation has the worst customer service. The company has an error on their end and promises overnight shipping paid by them only to call later in the evening when they thought we were closed to inform us that they could not deliver on that promise. I called the next day only to hear the part still hadn't been shipped. When I asked to speak with the manager I was placed on hold then told the manager was in a meeting that could last the rest of the afternoon and the owner wasn't free to speak with me.

Excellent customer service. They take their time explaining in detail the step by step procedure with any implant case I need help with. The Preat app has a feature that identifies your implant. It’s awesome! Kudos to Preat!
