Do not go here for any custom work. I went in an got a quote after sending an email on the 13th of April. We had a lead time of a week from then, kept calling every week, no answer. Finally went in a couple days ago and owner said that my support bars would be done by this morning. Called in 5 minutes ago and they hadn't even put it on the machine. Claimed he had "production level stuff to do", basically was pretty condescending and used that as an excuse as to why he blows off smaller custom work. We absolutely needed this piece for our final senior engineering project at SCU, but now we cannot assemble our final prototype for our project due to Pipelyne's poor time management and completely incorrect lead times. Terrible experience DO NOT go here.
