Peralta’s No job too big or small. Brought some household metal projects that needed detail on parts. Turnaround time was great, service was friendly and work as specified, even by a non-mechanic like me. Thanks guys!! Highly recommended.

Peralta Machine shop are excellent. The owner, Tony, has been a machinist for over 40 years and can do specialized machining using old school equipment, which is becoming a lost art. For example, he can straighten a bent vehicle driveshaft by putting it on a lathe and heating different areas of the steel to Bring the metal back to shape. His kids now run much of the shop and have integrated the old school mentality and customer service of their Dad, while applying new school computer aided manufacturing and construction. This team of good people can manufacture or repair almost anything, and have the ability to mass produce items. I can't count the number of times Peraltas has helped me fix something, these are really good people, who can do it all.

Agreed to build us a food cart with pictures and specs given for reference. Quoted us a price to construct said cart. Promised to have it done by a certain date but didn’t deliver until 45 days later. While cart was being built, we noticed it was not being built according to our specifications. They were building it their way. During communication exchanges and inquiring about the progress of the cart as well as questions as to why the cart wasn’t looking like the original design talked about, owner would get upset. Owner made several threats to not give us the cart. However, we needed the cart to service an event we had scheduled many months prior so we stopped questioning and decided to wait until it was done to see if perhaps we waited until the cart was completed, it would look exactly like the cart we wanted him to build for us. The owner would get upset when we asked questions and refused to speak to us, ignored our emails and texts. Several days before the event, we were told to come pick up the cart. The owner didn’t show up to show us the finished cart. There was no invoice, no showing of the finished product. The cart was parked and we were told by an employee, “there it is”. We handed a cashiers check to an employee eventhough we never received an invoice. We paid him what he told us it would cost plus all tax charges that we would have gotten charged. None of the doors they installed worked and an employee had to fix the locks before we even drove out of the lot. 3 days after pick up, during our event is when we were able to test the cart. Nothing worked as far as any of the heating/cooking elements. We had to rig it just to get it to stay on. The cart started rusting due to the unprimed, unpainted chassis he built the cart on. When we brought up the problems, our emails were ignored. When we did get a reply, the problems we brought up were dismissed as not a big deal and we were offered solutions as to how we can fix it ourselves. This is after we paid thousand of dollars. The cart should function as intended at the very least but it does not. No offer to fix the problems themselves. At one point, the owner mentioned if we weren’t happy then he would buy it back but I don’t think he really intended to do that. He cancelled twice on an agreed upon date for us to bring the cart back and then told me because I wrote a negative review about his business, he’s no longer going to take it back. Be careful when dealing with this company. Wish I had read his companies yelp review from other customers before committing to hiring him. The reviews sure sounds a lot like our experience with the company.
