Terrible and unprofessional. They have a terrible roach problem and they won’t do anything to get rid of the hoarders who attract them. They raised my rent one month after I moved in. The management company is useless - never returned phone calls and when I tried mailing them a legal notice it turned out the address they list on their website is not valid. Basically, they’re just trying to scam money for low income senior housing and don’t care if the place is livable. They likely collect money from the state for me still living there, even though I moved out after 3 months. What a terrible experience.

all they do is raise the rent money, they never fix any appliances, the pool has been closed for years . there is also a HUGE hole that sinks into the apartments, cecilia the manager does nothing but leave her maintenance guy in charge . nothing NEW about these apartments
