I found Open Road during my RV search online. My partner and I arranged with Jaqi to see a specific unit, and made the drive to Monroe. After arriving to a welcoming staff and comfy lobby, touring a few units, and having a wonderful experience, we applied for financing. We didn’t qualify for the luxury rig we wanted but Kevin was incredibly helpful laying out the next options in our price range. We fell in love with a second option and signed the papers. A week later we were back doing a walk-through to learn that the fridge from manufacturing wasn’t working, so they ordered a new one for us and stayed in communication each step of the process. The parts department set up a final walk-through for us, and we stayed in town to wait for the driver who was available for delivery later that day. Amazing teamwork. Scott the delivery driver was a professional and while we followed him. He helped us with leveling and had lots of advice for us. I know the process of buying an rv has a lot to it, but I’m glad we made a connection with Open Road’s team in Monroe. I know we have people on our team who will answer the phone and talk with us if we have questions. The parts department is helping us get a replacement screen door because the one from the factory has bent rubber which we didn’t catch during the walk-through, but this is at no fault of the dealership. They’re doing they’re job, acting as a liaison to help us take care of it. I’m super happy with my choice to partner with Open Road for this major purchase. Thanks everyone!

The sales team was great when we purchased our unit. However, the past few times dealing with the service department has not been ideal. I'm not super upset, but when you get your unit back with hardware that doesn't match, and your tanks were left on... it's irritating.

I never felt concerned about what was going on or worried about the storage of my trailer while it was being sold on consignment.

It was sold in a timely manner and even though I wasn't quite on top of everything with the paperwork, they most definitely were!

To anyone thinking of getting an RV.

The buying process was made simple by Pam, Cary, Andrew and Kevin all the way to Karen and her team in Parts.

Then there is the service team side with Jim working with an outstanding crew! Special shout out to Josh who was our technician that gave us a great tutorial on our new rig and was great making sure everything was working properly.

As we transferred our belongings from our old RV to the new one, we had tremendous help from Angel and Jose and the cool forklift driver!

I took in my trailers furnace and they were able to squeeze it into their last min service schedule. They went above and beyond for a guy who lives in his rec vehicle during the middle of winter. The other place I went to said it would be a week or more out. Great service at open road.

Customer service was top notch, and they were always willing to answer any list of question. The process was very smooth, and they were always asking if there is anything more that they could do even after the walk through. They made sure to explain everything about the trailer very thoughtfully and detailed leaving nothing to question or imagine. I will absolutely be trusting them with all my service and repair needs. When the time comes I look forward to buying another in the future. Seriously check these guys out!
