Quality workmanship but way too expensive. $200 per hose (four needed for washer and dryer). I could have purchased the hoses on Amazon/Home Depot for $11 each. But I needed a certified installer to satisfy my home insurance company.

After posting this review, Ongaro contacted me. They told me the installer had made a mistake. They sent me a refund check for $300. I changed the rating from 3 stars to 4 stars.

In the end, $500 to attach four hoses is still too expensive, but using Ongaro does provide the peace of mind needed to satisfy my insurance company.

Every service reps from Ongaro and Sons who did work at my home were all first rate professionals; all showed up on time, were very friendly, explained what needed to be done and the work as completed on the day of the install. All were very professional, helpful and worked very efficiently to get the work done as quickly as possible. Will use this firm again for my next electrical project.
