With how they operate I can probably expect a bill for leaving this review. Want to be completely abandoned by customer service unless you pay outrageous “consult” fees? Look no further

O'Neill's was great. They helped us tremendously with our start up brewery.
They were incredibly responsive , provided great engineering support, scaled layouts, piping diagrams and other engineering documents to help us get all our site permits for the build out. The equipment was delivered on time and everything arrived safely, including extra parts ! O'Neill's staff came on site and coordinated all aspects of our installation, start-up and training. They provided great support for our electricians, plumber, HVAC, and other trades. We have been up and running and making great beer for over 2 years now.We would highly recommend them !!

O'Neill''s did a great job every step of the way, We were a start up brewery and they helped us through all aspects of planing, building selection, brewing system configuration, helping us obtain equipment financing, all equipment layouts and utility planning, and then installation, start-up and on-site training. They have great tech support too. We could not have succeeded without them. We would highly recommend them.
