I was loaded up within 20 minutes after being assigned a door. The Hispanic shippers did an excellent job loading me, ensuring I was at a legal weight. They know how to properly load a full truck load. The only time you might leave overloaded is if someone mishandles the load, in which case you might hear complaints from the driver.
But other than that I appreciate the staff and everyone being so polite and very understanding I like working with Hispanic shippers and receivers

We came here at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, but they look pretty empty and close but on the website they are closed at 7:00 to 12:00 p.m. Sunday they're close but eventually they're open. You can go and check

Good Parking space . Remember it's a BUSY COOLER.
SCALE IS THERE WHEN YOU EXIT FROM PARKING AREA. SO AFTER LOADING MOVE IN TO PARKING AREA ,SLIDE TENDEMS TO THE RIGHT HOLE AND THEN MOVE TO SCALE.
There is a no.displayed on scale . While you are on scale call them and the pull out of scale go inside pay $10 for scale ticket. It's a hot area. In summer it's too hot.

02.08.23 Here for pickup, appointment 3.00 pm. Checked in 2.30 pm. Get call for door. 3.12 pm. Loading done 4.40 pm. Cleen parking lot. Lots of parking available for night.

All drivers review is correct avoid this place to slow I come morning 2:00 AM check in 7:30 but check out 4:30 PM two slow. Only one positive night time parking available. Staff working two slow for windows check in.

Very less waiting as compare to other places. 15 mins before check in time and get door in few minutes. Free coffee. Certified scale available. Big waiting area with vending machines. Not bad guest service.
