We contacted Northeast Generator for our standby power needs. NG brought and installed Generac standby generator. Brian and Max are very responsive, knowledgeable and provided best customer service. Angelo is our last technician who did a wonderful job powering our refrigerator, water pumps, AC units and heating which is most essential for cold winter climate. Having a standby generator not only provides emergency lights, the comfort of living during outage but also no worries about freezing pipes in winter. No more antifreeze in heating system and replacing rusting heating pipes. NE Generator is your one stop shop for generator needs. Very good people to work with.👍

Northeast Generators has managed our routine maintenance since 2021.. Our last Tech, Stanley explained everything being done. He even wiped done the generator when the job was completed. They are a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them

Northeast Generator did a great job on my Kohler 20RCA install! The biggest part of the job was handled by Angelo and Bob, and they were just terrific! Knowledgeable, courteous and personable. When they did not have an answer, they knew who to call to get the answer quickly. Brian and Max also helped to provide top-notch service. I could not be happier with Northeast Generator!

We are a long time commercial customer of Northeast Generator. We just got through 4+ days outage(tropical storm Isaias). Longest ever for us as we are a business on the Post Road where you normally get power back quickly. The Generac generator (diesel 480v 200amp) that Northeast installed and does regular maintenance on performed flawlessly. This is not a new generator we've had it for 17+ years. Thank you guys.

Northeast Generator has been servicing our home for over 10 years. Their service technicians have always arrived on time, clearly explained the work they are doing and are very friendly. During a routine service last year, the technician reported a potentially serious issue with our propane gas line. They quickly worked out a solution, scheduled the follow-up visit and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Our generator has functioned flawlessly during this period. The office staff is very helpful and has always been able to schedule their regular maintenance visits to fit our schedule.

Moved from another generator service company (a big one) that kept double charging for the service contract and they couldn't explain why. If I had more than one location, I would understand. Since moving to Northeast Generator, not only is the billing normal, but the service has also been impeccable. The service engineers are also super knowledgeable and courteous.
