In the pursuit of enhancing the aesthetic appeal and safety of my property, I needed several custom railings: for the exterior front porch ramp and stairs, for the interior landing at the top of our stairs (with a custom gate), and a new interior stair handrail After reaching out to several different local companies, we entrusted North 2 South Iron Works (Adin) with the task. This review covers my experience, focusing on timeliness and quality.

Timeliness: From initial consultation to final installation, North 2 South demonstrated commendable punctuality. They are a father/son team and they adhered to the agreed-upon timeline without compromising quality. They showed up when they said they would. Notably, my project was completed ahead of schedule, surpassing my expectations. The day after I signed the contract, Adin was already procuring the custom pickets we discussed, and they began the outside portion of the work a couple of days later. I was very impressed with how quickly they could start my project, especially since they began the outside work of my project on a particularly cold stretch of weather in late January. Such promptness reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Quality: North 2 South Iron Works custom welded my project on-site to my specifications. They took the finished railings (as one piece) off-site to be powder-coated. The finished seams on the railing welds are seamless, and I am very happy with the finished product. Adin and his father came back several weeks after the project was completed to paint the bolts that connect the railing system to the concrete.
