This is my first time doing a review this low. Today I spoke over the phone with a guy first that transferred me with a lady the name Beth. I was just asking when would be the date that the hospital bed for my mom could be delivered. She was so rude and was in a hurry to hung up the call. I had a few more questions but she was very unpleasant, unprofessional and rude.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a one star review before so a first I think. Have been receiving oxygen supplies from this location for a couple months now. I order supplies two days in advance they may or may not show up. The delivery drivers are good but management poor. Seems they never have enough supplies at this location. Sometimes I have to borrow oxygen tanks from friends to make appointments. Management at this location seems to be a let’s just get by what we can. Would recommend finding another supplier if you can. Kind of stuck with this one myself like an insurance thing. Norco Corporate a corrective Action report should be issued at the Renton, WA location

Glorious glorious people work here!!
In town for a convention and forgot my power cord for my C-pap! Called 40 minutes before close and they got me the power cord!! So fast and amazing and kind!

This is the 3rd CPAP supply company I’ve used in the 11+ years since being diagnosed with sleep apnea. They are much closer than the previous suppliers, which was a deciding factor. They must be understaffed because getting a response from them is taking weeks! I need my machine tweaked and to return a mask that was sent me in error (they said they would supply a return label). They don’t seem to be as knowledgeable as the other companies I’ve worked with, so I may end up going back to a reliable one I’ve used before.
