This message is directed to the small, short-haired lady who is at the front desk. Please be a little more kind and courteous when treating a client. It is assumed that if I go to her premises it is because I do not know her way of working. and I go because I need to make prints for my business and their treatment was very terrible and very unprofessional on their part. Be a little more tactful and formal when talking to customers. We are business owners and we wanted to do a lot of printing and uniforms and advertising material, but with this deal I preferred to look for another company that can do what I need. The customer service in Renton is horrible all customers don't go

Do not use this Minuteman press if you ever need to print flyers you must record the conversation they printed some flyers for me as a reference I stated that I wanted the flyers to be half the size of an A4 sheet of paper I ordered this from the manager for this Minuteman press in his incompetency he went ahead and printed the flyers as A4 size flyers once printed they could see I was not pleased and asked why have they done this like this I reminded them that I clearly asked for half the size of an A4 sheet of paper half the size upon speaking to the manager I have been called a liar and he did not want to own up to his mistakes

Very friendly & helpful. I had a scanning project to convert all my old textbooks to searchable PDFs. I had Minuteman cut off the spines of the textbooks for easy scanning. I was worried a commercial machine would cut too close to the text.

Minuteman understood my project goal and cut as far away from the text as possible - going so far as to set aside one book where they were concerned the cutting could impact an image. They then asked me what I would like to do with that book.

Price was reasonable/very affordable
Performance was excellent

I initiated the contact via e-mail in the evening and received a response the next morning. I received similar high levels of customer service throughout.

Having evenly trimmed books for rapid duplex scanning was well worth the cost (and a massive time saver in terms of document processing).

I've come in here twice for projects and have had sub-par experiences both times.
The second time, they were slow to respond to my request for an estimate and both times I was less than satisfied with the job they did but took it because the things I needed were time sensitive. I told them to make no edits and they did by placing a white border around the graphic I submitted. I tried to express that I would be happy to adjust things on my end to make it easier for them and the only communication I got was "it's ready." Compared to the Seattle Belltown location, these guys in Renton don't seem to care.
